Working inside a brand agency that was responsible for all of GWL advertising & marketing, I was approached to start a newsletter to be mailed out quarterly to
past guest.

After much planning and sculpting an interactive printed newsletter was developed. Bright and engaging we were pleasantly surprised at the response rates this piece brought in.

Seeing it’s potential we encouraged the client to put forth some great offers and the newsletter program was born. It then grew to be the best responding marketing mechanism that GWL has ever produced.

For nearly 3 years while I was directing this program, GWL consistently saw much, much higher response rates from this program than any other marketing efforts.
